  • An item arrives damaged
  • The seller fails to fulfill the order

Buyer Protection applies only to eligible transactions conducted through the ShopyHive platform.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for Buyer Protection, buyers must:

  • Complete the transaction through ShopyHive
  • Use approved payment methods
  • Open a dispute within the required timeframe
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Cooperate with investigation requests

Buyer Protection does not apply to off-platform payments or direct arrangements between buyer and seller outside ShopyHive.


3. Dispute Timeframes

Buyers must open a dispute:

Late claims may not be eligible for review.


4. “Item Not Received” Claims

If an item is not received:

ShopyHive may request photo or video evidence.


6. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged:

  • The buyer must provide photographic evidence.

7. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Processing times may vary depending on payment method.


9. Return Shipping

Tracking information is recommended for all returns.


10. Exclusions

Buyer Protection does not cover:

  • Items altered or damaged after delivery

ShopyHive reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.


11. Fraud Prevention

To prevent abuse of Buyer Protection:

  • Repeated or suspicious claims may trigger investigation.
  • Accounts engaging in fraudulent disputes may be suspended.
  • False claims may result in permanent account termination.


12. Platform Discretion

ShopyHive reserves the right to:

  • Review and investigate all disputes
  • Request additional documentation
  • Suspend accounts during investigation
  • Make final determinations on claims

Our decision in disputes shall be final, unless otherwise required by law.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopyHive’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed transaction.

We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Shipping delays beyond seller control
  • Cryptocurrency market losses
