This Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the participation of sellers (“Seller,” “you,” or “your”) on the ShopyHive marketplace platform (“ShopyHive,” “Platform,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By registering as a seller on ShopyHive, you agree to comply with this Agreement in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.


1. Seller Eligibility

To register as a seller, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal authority to conduct business
  • Provide accurate and verifiable information
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

We reserve the right to approve or reject any seller application at our discretion.


2. Seller Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain accurate account information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Be fully responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify ShopyHive immediately of unauthorized use

You may not transfer or sell your seller account.


3. Product Listings

Sellers must ensure that:

  • All listings are accurate and truthful
  • Product descriptions are clear and not misleading
  • Images accurately represent the item
  • Pricing is transparent and final (excluding clearly stated shipping or taxes)
  • Inventory levels are updated regularly

ShopyHive reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate policies.


4. Prohibited Products

Sellers may NOT list or sell:

  • Illegal goods
  • Counterfeit or trademark-infringing items
  • Stolen property
  • Weapons (where prohibited by law)
  • Controlled substances
  • Fraudulent or deceptive products
  • Any items violating intellectual property rights

Violation may result in immediate account suspension and possible reporting to authorities.


5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Sellers agree to:

  • Process orders promptly
  • Ship within the stated handling time
  • Provide valid tracking information (when applicable)
  • Ensure secure packaging
  • Deliver items as described

Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties, refunds, or account suspension.


6. Returns & Refunds

Sellers must:

  • Clearly state return policies
  • Comply with ShopyHive’s Buyer Protection Policy
  • Respond to refund requests within a reasonable timeframe
  • Process approved refunds promptly

For cryptocurrency payments:

  • Sellers acknowledge crypto transactions are irreversible.
  • Refunds must be issued manually by the seller.
  • ShopyHive is not responsible for crypto exchange rate fluctuations.


7. Fees & Payments

Sellers agree to pay applicable:

  • Listing fees
  • Commission fees
  • Payment processing fees
  • Subscription fees (if applicable)

Fees will be disclosed on the Platform and may be updated with notice.

ShopyHive reserves the right to withhold or delay payouts in cases of fraud investigation, disputes, or policy violations.


8. Taxes

Sellers are solely responsible for:

  • Reporting income
  • Collecting and remitting applicable taxes
  • Complying with VAT, GST, sales tax, or other tax obligations

ShopyHive does not assume tax liability on behalf of sellers unless legally required.


9. Intellectual Property

Sellers warrant that:

  • They own or have rights to sell listed products
  • Listings do not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents

Sellers grant ShopyHive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use product images, descriptions, and trademarks for marketing and promotional purposes.


10. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

ShopyHive may:

  • Request identity verification (KYC)
  • Monitor transactions
  • Suspend suspicious accounts
  • Report unlawful activity

Sellers must cooperate with fraud investigations.


11. Performance Standards

Sellers must maintain:

  • Acceptable order fulfillment rates
  • Reasonable response times
  • Low cancellation rates
  • Positive customer feedback

Repeated poor performance may result in penalties or account termination.


12. Account Suspension & Termination

ShopyHive may suspend or terminate a seller account for:

  • Policy violations
  • Fraud or deceptive conduct
  • High dispute rates
  • Sale of prohibited items
  • Legal or regulatory concerns

Termination may result in permanent removal from the Platform.


13. Limitation of Liability

ShopyHive is not liable for:

  • Loss of sales or revenue
  • Customer disputes
  • Chargebacks
  • Crypto price volatility
  • Platform downtime
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Participation on the Platform is at the seller’s own risk.


14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopyHive, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your products
  • Your business practices
  • Violation of this Agreement
  • Legal non-compliance


15. Modifications

ShopyHive reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.


16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of:
